What does my trip price include?
We will provide bait, tackle, gear, ice, licensing and filleting service at the dock for fishing trips. For all trips we provide a case of water, and ice for refreshments, and a knowledgeable boat captain.
What’s not included in my trip price?
We don’t provide snacks or meals. If you don’t have your own snorkel gear for your snorkeling excursion, we can provide a new kit to you for a fee of $70 per kit, you get to keep this. Gratuity for our captains and crew is not included in your trip price. A 15% & 20% tip of the trip price is customary.
I just booked my trip, what now?
We will send you a confirmation email, and a liability waiver that must be completed before you board our vessel.
What should I bring?
It’s recommended you bring sunscreen (please no sprays), a towel, fishing or swimming attire and any desired snacks or extra refreshments. Dramamine if you get sea sick or think you may get sea sick.
Do I need to bring my own fishing gear or bait?
No, we will provide bait and quality equipment for fishing.
What life jackets do you provide?
Adult sized life jackets are provided on the boat. A proper child’s life jacket must be brought by you if you are bringing a child under the age of 6 on your trip.
What is your pet policy?
Well behaved pets are allowed on the boat, it’s ideal if you bring them their own life jacket.
What is your booking policy?
We require at least 12 hours notice prior to the scheduled trip time. This gives the team time to prepare the boat for your trip. If there is less than 12 hours notice, we may not be able to accept the booking.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancelling is to be done only before 48 hours of your reserved date and time or you forfeit your deposit.
